Double Slat Double Frame Tutorial

Supplies

I am using a picture that I misted by ŠGuki Creations which you need a license for from My Tubed ArtThis site has since Closed . She has moved to Digital Art Heaven

The following I included as supplies HERE
This tutorial is done in psp 10 and will work in others...

Step one

open all pictures and/or tubes you would like to use .. Duplicate then close originals
Open a 600x600 picture transparent..
Click on the chalk tool and draw different lines with colors chosen from your background (either one)

1 Open all pictures and/or tubes you would like to use ..
2 Duplicate then close originals
3 Open a 600x600 picture transparent..
4 Fill your background with a light color from your background picture

5 Click on the chalk tool and draw different lines with colors chosen from your background (either one) using your chalk tool draw out several lines in different colors and sizes on your background(the new picture)
Once you finish this .. go up to the effects menu and go to the effects menu and down to the reflections .. click on kaleidoscope

these are the settings I used though you may use what you wish

Next go to the select menu or use the short cut (control + A) then go to the modify by 25 once you have finished this select your background picture from off to the side and copy it .. then paste it inside of the outline on your new picture like I have done here

Next step is to duplicate the background layer re-size just this layer down to 400x 400 and duplicate again and on your first duplication layer turn it to the right by 45 degrees

then go up to your top layer (2nd duplicated layer)

Copy your slats to your new pic on a new layer(layer 4)

now select your slats with your wand tool paste your background picture .. ( I have chosen the cactus scene for this as it will be scene that will show behind the tube)

keep the slats with the picture selected and use an inner bevel on it .. with these setting or you can use settings as you wish

get your tube and size down to place in front of the slat picture ...

add your corners and a name to the tag ..
